The International Council on Electrical Engineering Conference (ICEE) is an annual event co-sponsored by the above four institutions with the aim to provide an international platform for electrical engineers and experts for sharing information and addressing issues in multifaceted fields of electrical engineering.
ICEE 2021, the 26th in the series, will be held in Dalian, China from July 5 to 8, 2021. The CSEE and the co-organizers IEEJ, KIEE and HKIE would like to invite prospective authors to share ideas and join discussions on emerging challenges and key questions during the evolving of a safe, reliable, sustainable and intelligent power system.
